Mobile network operators are deploying small cells to deal with increased demand for data capacity. For small cell radio designers, next generation small cells must provide even more capacity and service multiple bands, output powers and carriers, while remaining within current form factor, power and R&D budgets in addition to meeting time to market constraints.
