WideOpenWest, Inc. ("WOW!" or the "Company") (NYSE: WOW) announced today the closing of its previously announced initial public offering of 18,235,295 shares of its common stock, at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. The Company also announced that the underwriters exercised in full their option to purchase up to an additional 2,735,294 shares at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The sale of the additional 2,735,294 shares was also completed today. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 25, 2017, under the symbol "WOW." Click here for more.
