Rivada Networks, together with its team of global leading industry partners, has received the top score among three bidders for a statewide public-safety broadband network in Michigan, the company announced today. As a result, the state's Department of Technology, Management and Budget has recommended that the state analyze Rivada's bid alongside the federal government's state plan for Michigan "to determine the best value bid for the state," according to a recommendation released by the state of Michigan on June 23, 2017.
