Teledyne e2v has a long list of image sensors. Its latest (center) is the world’s smallest global shutter (2.8 by 2.8 µm) CMOS sensor. Available in resolutions up to 16 Mpixels, it’s designed to operate with high-speed interfaces like USB 3.x and 10-Gb/s Ethernet.
