HEICO Corporation Reports Record Net Income and Net Sales for the Third Quarter of Fiscal 2017; Full Fiscal Year 2017 Net Income and Net Sales Growth Estimates Raised

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. andHEICO CORPORATION (NYSE: HEI.A) (NYSE: HEI) today reported that net income increased 9% to a record $45.7 million, or 53 cents per diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2017, up from $42.0 million, or 49 cents per diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2016. In the first nine months of fiscal 2017, net income increased 18% to a record $132.3 million, or $1.53 per diluted share, up from $111.9 million, or $1.32 per diluted share, in the first nine months of fiscal 2016.
