Telefonica Mexico, provider of wireless telecommunication, fixed-line, mobile, public, and data services in Mexico, has announced today that it has signed an agreement with Tutela, the world's largest mobile network crowd sourced data company. The partnership will mean that Telefonica Mexico has access to crowd-sourced network quality data from over 150,000 Mexican mobile phone users.
