LINE Corporation (NYSE:LN) (TOKYO:3938) (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Representative Director and CEO: Takeshi Idezawa; the "Company") announces as follows that it will acquire all shares in FIVE Inc.
