Frontier Communications Corporation (NASDAQ:FTR) today announced the completion of its 1-for-15 reverse stock split of the issued shares of common stock, which became effective as of the beginning of trading today. Frontier common stock will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "FTR" with a new CUSIP number (35906A 306). In addition, and at the same time, the total number of shares of common stock that Frontier is authorized to issue changed from 1,750,000,000 shares to 175,000,000 shares. Click here for more.
